What Are Cookies

Strictly Necessary (Always On)
Needed for core functions: serving pages, handling newsletter and webinar form submissions, security, and remembering your cookie consent choice. These do not require consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive or UK PECR because they are strictly necessary to deliver the service you requested.
Analytics (Opt-in)
We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2 to measure aggregate traffic and content performance. Property: G-94LYH426ZN. IP addresses are anonymized and Google Signals is disabled. No GA cookies are set until you opt in. Cookies set when enabled: _ga (retained up to 13 months) and _ga_* per-property cookies.
Marketing (Opt-in)
Reserved for future measurement of newsletter and event campaigns. No marketing cookies are set today without your consent, and we do not sell personal information. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale or sharing and automatically disable this category.
Your Choices
On your first visit we ask you to accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies. Reject is as easy as accept. Open the Cookie Preferences link in the footer any time to change your mind. All modern browsers also let you block or delete cookies — doing so may affect site functionality. We honor Global Privacy Control as a valid opt-out of sale or sharing under the CCPA/CPRA.
Third-Party Processors
Data may be received by: Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4), Vercel Inc. (hosting and logs), Beehiiv (newsletter subscriptions), Resend (transactional email), Genndi / WebinarJam (webinar registration), and Umami Software (cookieless analytics, when enabled). Each has its own privacy policy.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data; to object to or restrict processing; to withdraw consent at any time; and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights including the right to opt out of sale or sharing and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@theaie.net. We respond within 30 days (GDPR/LGPD) or 45 days (CCPA/CPRA), with one extension permitted where allowed by law.
International Transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries where our processors operate. Where required, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when categories, cookies, or processors change. Material changes will be reflected in the Last updated date above, and we will re-surface the consent banner when the cookie schema version increments.
