Newsletter Subscriptions
Newsletter subscriptions are free. We reserve the right to modify newsletter frequency, format, or content at any time. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.
Event Registration
Event registrations are subject to the specific terms and refund policies posted on the event registration page. All Things AI conference tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee.
Training and Courses
AIOS courses and workshops are provided as-is. While we aim for accuracy and practical value, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Custom training agreements are governed by separate contracts.
Limitation of Liability
Peripety Labs LLC provides theAIE.net and all associated services on an as-is basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
