Why Peripety Labs Exists
The name "Peripety" (pe·rip·e·ty) refers to a sudden and unexpected change of fortune or reverse of circumstances. It reflects the company's mission: blending deep AI expertise with bold vision to turn unexpected challenges into breakthroughs, helping organizations transform today's obstacles into tomorrow's triumphs.
Founded by veteran enterprise technology executive Mark R. Hinkle, Peripety Labs provides hands-on strategic advisory, specialized training, and implementation support for companies building or scaling AI initiatives. The guiding principle is simple: "Work Smarter, Not Harder with AI."
Many organizations find themselves stuck in "pilot purgatory" — building demos and proofs-of-concept without a clear path to ROI. Peripety Labs exists to change that. The approach is modular, grounded in decades of enterprise software experience, and focused on building long-term capability rather than vendor dependency.
